Food Buddies, a group at the Apex Club of Petaling Jaya, worked with FreeMakan to distribute grocery packs to 65 families in Klang and Port Klang.
Most of the recipients were unemployed B40 workers and daily wage workers who had lost their jobs due to the MCO. Their income was less than RM 1,500.00 and they lived in low-cost flats.

These grocery packs can last each family (of up to 6 members) 2 weeks.
