Human trafficking is a global problem affecting people of all ages.

It is a form of modern-day slavery involving the illegal transport of individuals by force or deception for the purpose of labour, sexual exploitation, or activities in which others benefit financially.

Suriana Welfare Society aims to help trafficked survivors return to their families by raising funds through the sale of 2023 Calendars ‘Wisdom from the Garden’ at RM60 each.

What you have before you is more than just a Calendar. It is an income generating project for trafficked survivors to secure a flight ticket back to their country of origin.

These beautifully crafted calendars are also the artwork of single mothers and women who want to break the cycle of poverty and dependency on handouts. Although rescued from their perpetrators, and placed in government safehouses, they are not permitted to work. With no money and resources, these survivors are calling out for help after enduring enough.

Let us help them reunite with their children and families.
