Sexual & Reproductive Health Workshop by MIRM

On 23 June 2023, MIRM organised and conducted a Comprehensive Sexuality Workshop Session for students from the BAC Education Group at Level 1, Menara VSQ, BAC PJ campus, wherein approximately 20 students were educated on important topics related to their health and well-being. This workshop equipped these students with the knowledge and skills necessary for making informed decisions, and covered some basic concepts and issues in respect of sexual and reproductive health, e.g. the concept/idea of abortions, what amounts to sexual harassment and the importance of practicing safe sex.

Kristy, a student from Brickfields Asia College said that the session was well-received, highlighting the importance of comprehensive sexuality education in empowering young individuals to lead healthy and responsible lives.
