Two locations populated by the Myanmar Muslim refugee community recently received 110 packs of groceries under the FreeMakan campaign. BAC’s community partner, Rohingya Women Development Network (RWDN) facilitated arrangements to Gombak and Setapak.
On 10th July, BAC apprentice David Ranil Nyanapragasam, once again volunteered to deliver goods to this underprivileged community. The Rohingya community in Setapak received 51 packs, and 59 families in Gombak received essentials.
These groceries were sponsored by Perlis Plantations Berhad (PPB Group), one of the many corporates that joined FreeMakan in its quest to stop hunger.
